Nathan is the creator behind a children's show/group called The Foodies and the songs are the stuff of nightmares. After signing a deal that will leave him wealthy he ends up suffering an attack while trying to talk dirty to his girlfriend (yes I laughed through that whole scene). After seeing a doctor and finding out he has a tumor that will ultimately kill him, Nathan is left telling his family and girlfriend about his diagnosis. So far we get to see him going through anger and now depression. The book is funny though, Spalding has a great way of writing humorous scenes even when things are going terribly for Nathan.
I just realized this book fits this week's 52 week challenge (the cover is green) so going to read for that.
