In the bedroom, he retrieved a pistol from the bottom drawer in his nightstand. The Beretta 9 mm featured a twenty-round magazine, a six-inch Mag-na-ported Jarvis barrel, and Trijicon night sights.
Um. Good. I guess?
Also we have another character an older gentleman who apparently knew all about the craziness at this location but still chose to live there. I'm always amazed when we get a character that just seems to know what's going on but chooses not to do anything about it it just doesn't feel real to me. Also I have to kind of call shenanigans on this whole idea of every 38 years or some terrible tragedy that occurs at this location. And that nobody else seems to have noticed.
